SHIPPING:  PaverTurf products ship out of GA, TN & FL via UPS or LTL Freight Carriers.

Free shipping on all 8' and under PaverTurf products within the Continental US only. Shipping rates for larger size products and other miscellaneous items will vary based upon weight and your location.  Please email: info@paverturf.com or call us for a freight quote or more information.

Our goal is to ensure that you experience excellent customer service throughout your buying process with PaverTurf. If for some reason there is a problem with your shipment, here are the recommend steps to get the issue resolved quickly.

Shipping Damage:
If the shipment or product arrives visibly damaged, please discuss your options with the shipping company at the time of delivery. Make sure to take photos of any damage and document with the driver. Send us an email immediately at info@paverturf.com or call 1-877-425-5505 alerting us to the damage and we will begin the process to get a replacement product sent to you.
