How does PaverTurf hold up to harsh elements?PaverTurf is extremely durable to both hot and cold climates and has an average lifespan of 20 years. It is constructed to withstand all the harsh elements and has a UV resistant polyethylene fiber system which prevents fading.
-
Does your turf need infill?Yes. PaverTurf requires infill which adds support, stability, uniformity and absorbency characteristics. It is also important to help the grass blades maintain their integrity & shape. Infill helps to weigh down the turf which expands and contracts with weather and temperature. And finally, it adds ballast for stability and helps prevent the matted-down look.
-
What is the Warranty and what does it cover?YES, all of our products come with a 10 or 15 year warranty. The average lifespan of PaverTurf is typically 15 years or more depending on application and usage. Please see our Warranty Policy for more detailed info.
-
What maintenance or upkeep is required?Synthetic Turf does not require much maintenance when compared to natural grass. However, routine cleaning and grooming can be necessary depending on application, location and usage. It is good practice to keep the turf clean and free from debris (dust, leaves, dirt) when necessary using a leaf blower or stiff brush broom. Brush PaverTurf with a stiff broom and add additional infill when necessary to help prevent the fibers from flattening. How often will depend on traffic, usage, & sometimes weather. For any additional maintenance questions please email us: info@paverturf.com

How do I clean the turf? Most stains can easily be cleaned with water, mild soap & water (Dawn Dish Soap), or vinegar & water. Dust, dirt and debris can be removed using a broom or leaf blower. Make sure to remove any pet waste and hose area off to keep it germ free. PaverTurf is stain resistent so most substances can be easily cleaned up with just water. Blood and other fluids can be washed with a mixture of vinegar and water or mild soap and water.

I received my PaverTurf product and there are some flat spots, creases or wrinkles from shipping? "This is completely normal during the packing and shipping process. We recommend you allow the turf to "relax" prior to installation. To do this, unroll the PaverTurf and lay on a flat surface. Allow to rest at least 2 hours. For best results, place in the sun. If you still notice some imperfect areas...take your hands, foot or a small brush and gently comb the appropriate fibers in the opposite direction until they start to straighten up. By default, all the fibers will be leaning slighty to one direction. This becomes important to notice during installation and, if applicaple, connecting multiple pieces of PaverTurf.
